2015 - 2016 LEADERSHIP PROJECT
The 2015 - 2016 Leadership Academy developed a set of 5 postcards and corresponding flyers designed to direct laboratory professionals to ASCLS for the answers to some of their most frequently asked questions. Their project was presented at the 2016 ASCLS Annual Meeitng in Philadelphia. Click on the links below to download for use. The 2013-3014 Leadership Academy Project was entitled, "Member Retention - Why They Don't Renew." The purpose of this project was to discover why lapsed members did not renew their ASCLS membership. Lapsed members from the past three years were surveyed. The top three reasons for nonrenewal were identified, and possible solutions for each reason were suggested

The 2014 Leadership Academy graduates presented their project at the 2014 ASCLS Annual Meeting in Chicago, IL.
2016 - 2017 LEADERSHIP PROJECT
The 2016 - 2017 Leadership Academy developed a MEDLABtalks Speaker Guide to assist laboratory professionals in presenting medical laboratory science-related information in a structured speaker series. The academy graduates also presented their own MEDLABtalks during the 2017 ASCLS Annual Meeting.2014 - 2015 Leadership Project
